Ms. Oshmine Clisby is the Founder and President of Dreamhers, a community driven non profit organization dedicated to servicing women and to children with disabilities. Raised in Pasadena California, Oshmine attended elementary, highschool and College. She received her Bachelors of art in Psychology in the year of 2008. Oshmine was brought up in a faith based household where education was very important and taught to be powerful: after graduating college she volunteered and was an active participant in multiple community organizations. After years of contemplation and having the goal of launching a non profit organization benefiting her community, Dreamhers was founded in 2021. In August 2021, the organization became a fully formed 501(C)(3) with great support from her community, family and friends.
